The ICY BOX IB-377U3 allows the use of a 3.5-inch SATA drive as an external storage unit. The enclosure supports SATA III with transfer speeds up to 6 Gb/s and USB 3.0 with transfer speeds up to 5 Gb/s. Thanks to UASP support, data transfers are faster than with conventional USB enclosures.

The EasySwap system allows fast drive swapping without the need for a screwdriver. Just open the cover, remove the disc and insert the new one. The enclosure supports Plug & Play and Hot Swap, making it suitable for backups, data archiving or multi-drive use.

The aluminium construction improves heat dissipation and provides greater protection for the drive. The fanless design makes operation virtually inaudible.
