You can choose PoE for maximum stability or use the doorbell’s existing wiring. Both options ensure reliable, battery-free operation.

• Reliable Operation via PoE: A single Ethernet connection provides both power and data transmission, so no additional wiring is required.

• Existing doorbell wiring: You can use existing low-voltage doorbell wiring within a wide range of 8–24 V AC/DC, enabling uninterrupted 24/7 power and easier installation.

• Note: The device does not work with an existing traditional doorbell.

Smart Detection Directly in the Device

Local artificial intelligence enables the Doorbell Camera G400 (Wired) to detect motion and people in real time without relying on the cloud. You can also set custom detection zones and receive notifications when a person enters or leaves a selected zone.

• Stream Video to Aqara Displays: Live video can be displayed on compatible screens, such as the S1 Plus Hub Panel. Footage of visitors can also be displayed on the W200 Thermostat Hub.

• Availability of the S1 Plus and W200 devices may vary by region.
